Very good food and atmosphere. We had 8 people in our group and most of us got a different entree. Everything was good and beautifully presented. Desserts were good too. The restaurant is located in the La Pasoda Hotel which is beautiful and has an interesting collection of art work.
Ebony, our Waitress was pleasant, professional, attentive, and just an awesome person all round!! The meals we had (potato crusted crab stuffed wild Alaska Halibut & Fillet Mignon) were so good and presentation was also a work of art! The Head Chef and Cooks deserves to be complimented!! Nicely done, we enjoyed our evening and topped it off with pumpkin cheese cake, so yummy and awesome!! Thanks!

From the moment we sat down, they were welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Every recommendation was spot-on, and they made sure our drinks were always filled and that we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. What really stood out was their positive attitude and genuine care for our experience—it felt like they truly enjoyed what they do, and it made our meal that much more enjoyable. On our travels, we frequently stop in Winslow, Arizona, to rest before heading off to another destination. One place that we love to dine at is The Turquoise Room. We have always had a great experience with wonderful and delicious food and an excellent guest service experience. Their service is impeccable, and the staff is always friendly. It's great when staff members remember you and have a conversation. This just shows how welcoming they are. The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu items and will help you with your choices. The service was so great that they even reserved us a table for Thanksgiving Dinner. They were very accommodating even when they knew they were full for Thanksgiving. The staff members are all very professional. The restaurant is beautiful and wonderfully decorated with native American art and rugs. The dining room is spacious and offers plenty of seating for their patrons. The restaurant also offers a bar area. We have dined here numerous times, and the food has always been delicious. From breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the food was phenomenal and delicious. My favorite part, of course, would be desserts. The Turquoise Room is definitely a restaurant that everyone should try. From the delicious food and excellent service, you definitely enjoy your meal.
Fantastic dining experience and meal. We started with the Signature Soup and could immediately tell what they have been making it for 100 years! It was delicious! My wife had the Churro Lamp Posolé and I had the Turkey Sandwich with side Market Salad. For dessert we had the Fred Harvey Apple Pie with Vanilla Bean Gelato. Everything was delicious and our server was excellent. We also were seated and served quickly. Highly recommend. The restaurant is located in the historic La Posada Hotel. Allow extra time to explore the art and see all of the amazing pieces in the lobby. The gift shop has a fantastic selection of local snd Native American items, art and jewelry.
This place is amazing. The food is phenomenal squash blossom appetizer is a must. I also like the Caesar salad the dressing is probably one of the best Caesar dressing I’ve ever had. Boxcar burger on the lunch menu amazing they have their own little herb’s garden. The place is so cute history behind it. It’s a must visit.
We were blown away with how good this restaurant was!! Absolutely recommend the squash blossoms, it sounds weird but its so yummy!!! Can also watch the trains pass while at dinner.

Roots run deep in this family tree.. We dropped in at Winslow AZ's historic charming Hotel La Posada. Opened in 1930, La Posada Hotel was the "crown jewel" of the Santa Fe Railway and the renowned Fred Harvey Company. Walking around the Hotel are beautiful native paintings/gallery of their local owner/Artist. We settled in for late Lunch at their "Turquoise Room" restaurant. Its large dining area, is inviting and comfortable. The Lass drank a glass of "Lemon Drop Martini".. The Lad, drank a glass of "Espresso Martini" Both drinks tried hard to satisfy us..:) We shared, "Clear Creek Calamari" fried and served with chipotle aioli.. and.. "66 Roastbeef" ½ LB of certified ground Angus chuck, fire grilled and served on a brioche bun with red onions, lettuce, tomato, and a side of chipotle aioli dip.. with...yes fresh cut fries. Quite right, This was a delight.. We ended this royal meal w... "Creme Brule", Smooth & rich egg custard topped with caramelized demerara sugar and served with fresh whipped cream.. Yes, you may be in Winslow to "Stand on the Corner"...but The Turquoise Room is where we order..) Wonderful food and drink. Stopped in the evening during holiday road trip, just to dine. No reservation so we ate at the bar and had an amazing experience, as we've had on previous visits. The AZ wild plate and the sea bass were excellent choices. Fish was perfectly cooked. The quail was a bit over but the sauce was so delicious. Included was the most tender and flavorful tamale I have had over decades in AZ. It was not the typical dense masa tamale. Service was excellent and the short-staffed crew made it a very enjoyable meal. Relax, enjoy the space and the signature cocktails.
We stay at the La Posada Hotel two or three times a room and always try to habe both dinner and breakfast in the Turquoise Room. We had the Signature Soup (a beautifully presented black bean and creamy sweet corn soup poured ying yang style with a spicy pepper drizzle) as well as the Pork Osso Bucco which was also to die for. In the morning we had Chef Jesus' Huevos Rancheros and the Union Station which were also made with some really deep flavor profiles. I swear the food just keeps getting better and better here.
